Welcome to my site where it's all about me! I'm Kristen Reed. I'm 34 years old, married to my soul mate and we have a son named, Daxton. I love being a mom! He's my world!! I am a licensed Advanced Cosmetologist with 16+ years of experience. I am also a licensed educator in the State of Ohio. I am a certified Regional Babe Hair Extensions Educator, a Matrix Artist, an active member of the Ohio Salon Association and own and operate Simply Flawless in Monroe, Ohio. Certified in Babe Sew-in Weft Extensions, Donna Bella Hybrid Sew-in Weft Extensions, Eyelash Extensions, Dermaplaning, & trained in Sunlights Balayage Techniques. My passions are teaching, learning, balayage, dimensional color, blonding, Hair Extensions & lived in color!

Ever since I was little, I knew I wanted to do hair. I loved painting my nails & cutting my barbie dolls hair. Going through high school, I changed my hair color so much.. either dramatic or plain it was always noticed. My passion for hair turned into talent. Talent turned into leadership.. & in 2016, I started my journey as a Cosmetology Educator. One of the most joyful things was sharing my creativity & talent with other artists. I absolutely loved it. And in 2019, I created Simply Flawless, an atmosphere of unity & togetherness in beauty industry. This is where I create works of art. I am continuously bringing new trends to my stylists. Education keeps us up to date to create individual designs for each client.
